  A Falcone Records archive release from London band A Close Watch, regulars on the capital’s gig scene in the mid-80s. Appearing at venues like the Mean Fiddler, Dingwalls, The Bull & Gate, Rock Garden, New Merlin’s Cave and many other long-lost names in 1985-86, the band drew comparisons with early R.E.M. and a string of acts from the same late 70s/early 1980s Scottish indie scene (Orange Juice, Josek K, The Scars, James King & The Lonewolves...) that spawned ACW frontman Tom Ferguson. Culled from demo tapes long thought to be lost, this comes in a lovely 6 Panel CD DigiPak.
